To whom it may concern: I purchase 1 calendar month member transport at Smash badminton in May this year. I told the front desk. I only want to try a month. He didn't say annihilation and printed out the receipt . I signed like when you shop at whatsoever other store. I just take run a risk to looked at my credit card argument this weekend and find out they have been charge me member ship fee $l since May. I was very mad. Why they accuse me without my authorization? I called the Smash right away. They told me the dominion is written on the receipt. They will automatically charge the membership fee until I email them to abolish. Autopay is a big deal. The front desk should notify the client before they sign the receipt. Who read the whole receipt every time when they are shopping? They refuse to requite all the money back to me. I feel they violate the customer the right. At that time, I already bought an airline ticket to ***** in July. How tin I agree to go on the membership if I am going to ***** soon? Thx.
